Carmen
This is Carmen, the best back-up model ever. We shot in the studio this past rainy weekend, and what can I say—there's a reason she's earned that title. Because the photos always turn out well in a surprising way. This time, I used a few different lighting setups to complete a photo class assignment, and I love the different looks they produce. After shooting beauty with butterfly lighting these past two weeks, I've missed the depth and drama a one light setup creates.
Again I used my go-to modifiers for beauty headshots: a beauty dish and stripbox. Still trying to figure out my favorite backdrop... I think I'm starting to really love black. I need to get on that hair light though.
Thanks for shooting with me Carmen!
