I want to work for you.

Dear first-time blog reader, faithful friend, hiring manager, future boss-

I don't know what brought you to my website, but I'm so glad you're here. I want you, and the rest of the world, to know that I need a job. I'm graduating school in a year, and I want to work for you.

I'm one of those creative types, one of those starving artist souls, looking for a way to make it in the world of art, photography, design, fashion, marketing, all of the above. Because these days, it's normal to know it all, and do it all. And I wholeheartedly believe I can.

I love to tell stories. I love to photograph the world. I love to market to the new social media generation. I want to express my visions to the world, whether it be through editorial photography, advertising campaigns, or sincere, through-provoking writing. I love traveling, creating, inspiring, and sharing adventures with the world. There's so much potential, in any field or brand or business, to create compelling images and tell the world who you are, what you do, and your unique story. And that's what I love to do.

I'm the hardest worker you'll meet. I've spent my entire time in college balancing school, part-time jobs, freelance design gigs, and personal photography projects. I don't sleep until the job is done. I squeeze every minute to its fullest. I learn fast, and plan my days a little too obsessively at times. I live, work, and breathe...work. A girl's gotta hustle.

I believe the career industry has changed so much in the 21st century, no matter how much my parents try to convince me otherwise. There are so many ways to start a life of entrepreneurship and build your own professional career. Following a set path for a specific trade is so trite and old-fashioned. So what if I'm not traditionally trained in art and design, or business? I have work experience, and most importantly of all, passion. I love what I do, and I'm always learning.

I'm not ashamed to admit to the world the my current state of fear regarding my near future. I need a job. I can't move back into my parents' suburban home, and work at a computer in a cubicle for the rest of my life. I want to be in a big city, following my cheesy dreams and making a name for myself in the professional world. And I'm totally okay starting from the bottom. I want to use my visions and skill set to help you, in any way possible.

So what can I do for you?
